Directions from the South on SW 34th Street and SR-121
If coming from the south on SR-121, stay on SR-121 (SW/NW 34th Street). At the intersection of NW 34th Street and NW 16th Avenue/Blvd. turn right (west). Travel west approximately one mile to NW 40th Terrace. Turn right onto NW 40th Terrace and (Landmark and Crown Point office complexes) and turn left into first parking lot Our office is at the farthest corner of the office building from the entrance to the parking lot. If you are on NW 16th Blvd. and you cross NW 43rd Street you have gone too far.

Directions from the South on SW 13th Street and US 441
If coming from the south on US 441, stay on US 441 (SW/NW 13th Street). At the intersection of NW 13th Street and NW 16th Avenue. turn right (west).(NW 16th Avenue becomes NW 16th Blvd at the intersection of NW 34th Street.) Travel west approximately three miles to NW 40th Terrace. Turn right onto NW 40th Terrace (Landmark and Crown Point office complexes) and turn left into first parking lot. Our office is at the farthest corner of the office building from the entrance to the parking lot. If you are on NW 16th Blvd. and you cross NW 43rd Street you have gone too far.

Directions from Newberry Road
Turn north onto NW 43rd Street. Go to second traffic light and turn right onto NW 16th Blvd. Go through next intersection (past Our Place restaurant and First Bank of Alachua on your left) and make next left onto NW 40th Terrace. (Landmark and Crown Point office complexes) Turn left into first parking lot. Our office is on the left around the far corner as you face the building.

Directions from the North from NW 39th Avenue and north
From US 441, NW 53rd Avenue, or NW 39th Avenue, travel south on NW 43rd Street until you reach NW 16th Boulevard. (NW 16th Boulevard is on your left and NW 23rd Avenue is on your left at the intersection. Turn left onto NW 16th Blvd. .) Turn left (east) onto NW 16th Blvd. Go east approximately 0.3 of a mile (past “Our Place” restaurant and “First National Bank of Alachua” on your left) and make a left turn onto NW 40th Terrace. (Landmark and Crown Point office complexes.) Turn left into first parking lot. Our office is at the farthest corner of the office building from the entrance to the parking lot.

Directions from the East
Take NW 13th Street or NW 34th Street north from University Avenue to NW 16th Avenue. Turn west onto NW 16th Avenue (NW 16th Avenue becomes NW 16th Blvd. at the intersection of NW 16th Avenue and NW 34th Street.) to NW 40th Terrace. Turn right onto NW 40th Terrace and (Landmark and Crown Point office complexes) and turn left into first parking lot Our office is at the farthest corner of the office building from the entrance to the parking lot. If you are on NW 16th Blvd. and you cross NW 43rd Street you have gone too far.

Directions from the West
If you are coming from I-75 or west of I-75 you will use Newberry Road exit for I-75 and go east on Newberry Road, passing the Oaks Mall. Stay on Newberry Road until you reach the stoplight at NW 43rd Street and Newberry Road. Turn right (north) onto Newberry Road. Go to the second stoplight located at the intersection of NW 23rd Avenue/NW 16th Blvd, and NW 43rd Street. (This is the intersection at which NW 23rd Avenue becomes NW 16th Boulevard.) Turn right (east) onto NW 16th Blvd. Go east approximately 0.3 of a mile (past “Our Place” restaurant and “First National Bank of Alachua” on your left) and make a left turn onto NW 40th Terrace. (Landmark and Crown Point office complexes.) Turn left into first parking lot. Our office is at the farthest corner of the office building from the entrance to the parking lot.
